With the TIFLEX HRP R4 model, TIFLEX is changing the standards in high resolution inkjet again!
It is now possible to recover the ink used for purge by filtering and reuse it for marking! Not a single drop of your ink will be wasted.
With a single print head you can print text, logos, barcodes up to 50 mm or 100 mm height with a horizontal resolution of 300 dpi.
Print speed is 60 meters/minute when you print with 150dpi horizontal resolution.
With the second head to be connected to the system, you can print at a height of 200 mm, or you can print on both sides of your cardboard box.
TIFLEX print heads are particularly suitable for industrial use: the print head warranty is 3 years, with an estimated service life of 8 years. Beyond the warranty period, the printhead can be easily repaired.
