REA- JET industrial coding and marking systems are designed to operate in very harsh and diverse environments. Dust, high humidity, extreme heat, abrasive materials and vibration are common conditions in production environments.
REA-JET printers withstand these harsh conditions and continue to operate safely without interruption.
There are 3 different print head options with adjustable print height:
7-dot: single line, print height: 5-27 mm,
16 dot: double line, font height: 5-67 mm,
32-dot: five lines, font height: 5-140 mm.
Patented head system: The print heads of REA JET DOD (Drop on Demand) systems have a patented technology. Unlike valved systems, it minimizes drying and clogging and the downtime and maintenance costs by cutting the ink's contact with air when not marking. It makes consumption more economical with dot size adjustment.
- Maintenance made easy with purge button: dust particles that may occur in front of the head are easily cleaned by pressurized ink jetting out of all nozzles at the same time, by pressing the purge button on the back of the print head.
- 5x5, 5x5 bold, 7x5, 7x5 bold printing with Single Line (printing height between 3 - 27 mm)
