Patented system: Print heads of REA JET DOD 2.0 (Drop on Demand) systems are a new patented technology that offers much higher life compared to old type systems. Unlike valved systems, the needle operation system cuts the ink's contact with air when not coding. This minimizes drying, clogging and the downtime/maintenance costs that may arise. The system also has a low consumption thanks to dot size adjustment capability.
- Up to 512 dots in a combination of printheads can be driven by the same controller.
- Maintenance made easy with purge button: dust particles that may occur in front of the head are easily cleaned by pressurized ink jetting out of all nozzles at the same time, by pressing the purge button on the back of the print head.
